But on the other hand critics, have pointed its trade union policies, limited customer services, hidden 'taxes' and fees. In the month of October,2006, Ryanair was selected as the most disliked airline of the world by a study of the Trip Advisor website and in the month of November,2006, Ryanair was exposed as the airline of more charges than any other airline in the Europe.
